Our core position
ResultBull does not sell personal data. We share only the information reasonably necessary for a specified operational, contractual, security or legal purpose and apply access, confidentiality and retention controls appropriate to the risk.
Public business listings are intentionally visible and are different from disclosure of private account data. We identify those differences throughout this policy.
Public business profiles
Business names, categories, addresses, public contact details, websites, opening information, offerings, reviews, public evidence, score summaries and other designated profile fields may be displayed publicly, indexed by search engines and shared through ResultBull links or APIs where enabled.
We do not intentionally publish account passwords, private verification documents, full payment credentials, internal support records or data marked private by the service.
Service providers
We may share limited information with contracted providers that help deliver infrastructure, cloud hosting, storage, security, analytics, communications, customer support, payments, tax invoicing, identity verification, search, AI processing and software operations.
Providers are expected to process data for documented purposes, protect confidentiality, use reasonable security and delete or return data when their role ends, subject to lawful retention.
Payment providers and financial institutions
Transaction and billing information may be shared with payment gateways, payment aggregators, banks, card networks, UPI participants, fraud-prevention services and tax or accounting providers to authenticate, process, settle, reconcile, refund and report payments.
ResultBull does not receive or share your UPI PIN, internet-banking password or complete card security credentials. Financial institutions may independently process information under their regulatory duties and privacy notices.
AI and data-processing providers
Selected data may be processed by AI, search, extraction, translation or analytics providers to deliver requested features. We seek to minimise submitted data, avoid unnecessary sensitive data and use contractual or technical controls appropriate to the service.
We do not permit providers to use private customer data for unrelated advertising. Provider use for model improvement is disabled or contractually restricted where reasonably available and appropriate to the feature.
Business customers and workspace members
Account administrators and authorised workspace members may access information, reports and activity associated with their organisation according to assigned roles. If your account uses an organisation-managed email or workspace, that organisation may control access, retention and account administration.
Analytics and aggregated information
We may share statistics, benchmarks and research that have been aggregated or de-identified so they do not reasonably identify an individual. We do not attempt to re-identify such information and contractually restrict re-identification where appropriate.
Professional advisers and auditors
Information may be disclosed to lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers and other professional advisers where reasonably necessary to obtain advice, conduct audits, manage risk or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. These recipients are subject to professional or contractual confidentiality obligations.
Legal and regulatory disclosures
We may preserve or disclose information where required by applicable law, court order or a valid request from a competent authority, or where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, cybersecurity harm, threats to safety or violations of rights. We assess requests for legal validity and scope and disclose no more than reasonably required where permitted.
Corporate transactions
Information may be disclosed under confidentiality controls during a financing, audit, restructuring, merger, acquisition or transfer of assets. A successor may process transferred data only consistently with this policy, provided notice or fresh consent where required by law.
Cross-border recipients
Some providers may process data outside India. We use contractual, security and vendor-management measures and comply with restrictions notified under applicable Indian data-protection law. Provider location may change as infrastructure evolves.
Safeguards and accountability
Depending on risk, safeguards may include data minimisation, role-based access, encryption, logging, confidentiality clauses, data-processing agreements, incident duties, retention limits and vendor security review. Access is withdrawn when no longer required.
Your choices
You may manage public listing fields, integration connections, marketing preferences and account access through available controls or by contacting us. A request to stop a disclosure will be honoured where legally and operationally possible, but may prevent the affected feature from working.
You may also exercise applicable privacy rights described in the Privacy Policy. We may retain or disclose information despite a request where law, security, fraud prevention, contractual claims or another lawful basis requires it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when recipient categories, services or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the website or another reasonable channel, and fresh consent will be obtained where required.
Contact and grievance redressal
Questions, complaints, legal notices and requests relating to this policy may be sent to ResultBull’s compliance contact using the details shown below. Please include your name, account or transaction reference where applicable, the nature of your request and enough information for us to verify and respond to it.
Consumer grievances will ordinarily be acknowledged within forty-eight hours and addressed within one month, subject to the complexity of the matter and any shorter period required by applicable law. Privacy requests will be handled within the period required under applicable data-protection law.
