Prices and order confirmation
The applicable price, currency, billing frequency, included usage and material service conditions will be displayed before payment or recorded in an accepted order form. You should review the order summary before authorising payment. An order is accepted when ResultBull confirms it or begins providing the purchased service.
Taxes
Prices may be shown exclusive or inclusive of Goods and Services Tax as stated at checkout. Applicable GST, withholding or other taxes will be charged or documented as required by law. You are responsible for providing correct billing and GST registration information and for taxes imposed on your purchase, excluding taxes based on our net income.
Payment processing
Payments may be processed by an authorised bank, payment gateway or payment aggregator. By selecting a payment method, you authorise the provider and ResultBull to process the transaction and related authentication, fraud-prevention, settlement and reconciliation data.
We do not ask for or store your UPI PIN, internet-banking password or complete card security credentials. Payment-provider terms and privacy notices also apply to their processing.
One-time services
A one-time charge covers only the scan, report, credit, deliverable or service identified at purchase. Unless expressly included, it does not create a recurring subscription or guarantee future rescans, data-source availability or updates.
Subscriptions and renewals
Where a plan renews automatically, the renewal interval, price and cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase. You authorise recurring charges until cancellation takes effect. We will provide advance notice of a material price change where required or reasonably practicable.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily reverse charges for a billing period already started. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless the service states otherwise or access is suspended for misuse.
Usage limits and overages
Plans may include limits on scans, profiles, seats, API calls, storage or other usage. Additional usage is charged only where the rate and charging mechanism have been disclosed or separately agreed. We may pause further usage when a prepaid limit is reached.
Invoices and records
We will make a receipt, tax invoice or payment confirmation available using the billing information provided. You should promptly report an incorrect legal name, GSTIN, address or tax treatment. Changes after an invoice is issued may be limited by tax law.
Failed, pending and duplicate payments
A payment may remain pending while the provider confirms settlement. Do not repeat a charge unless the earlier attempt is confirmed as failed. If two settled charges relate to the same intended purchase, contact us with both transaction references so we can investigate and refund any verified duplicate under the Refund Policy.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to account restriction and recovery of amounts lawfully due. Nothing prevents you from using rights available through your bank, payment provider or applicable law.
Enterprise and offline orders
Enterprise services may be governed by an order form covering milestones, credit terms, implementation fees, purchase orders or late-payment consequences. The order form prevails for that transaction where it expressly differs from these Payment Terms.
Refunds and reversals
Refund eligibility and timelines are set out in the Refund Policy. A bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect an approved refund. Fees charged independently by your bank, card issuer or foreign-exchange provider are outside ResultBull’s control.
Contact and grievance redressal
Questions, complaints, legal notices and requests relating to this policy may be sent to ResultBull’s compliance contact using the details shown below. Please include your name, account or transaction reference where applicable, the nature of your request and enough information for us to verify and respond to it.
Consumer grievances will ordinarily be acknowledged within forty-eight hours and addressed within one month, subject to the complexity of the matter and any shorter period required by applicable law. Privacy requests will be handled within the period required under applicable data-protection law.
