Terms of Service

You must be at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. If you use ResultBull for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for and bind that organisation. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

ResultBull provides business discovery, public business listings, profile claims and verification, Business Digital Readiness scans, ResultBull scoring, evidence and signal analysis, benchmarking, recommendations, dashboards, subscriptions, communications, APIs and AI-assisted features. Availability and scope may vary by plan, category, location and data source.

We may improve, replace, suspend or discontinue features for operational, security, regulatory or commercial reasons. If a material paid feature is discontinued during a prepaid period, we will provide a reasonable remedy consistent with applicable law and the Refund Policy.

You must provide accurate information, maintain secure credentials and promptly update account details. You are responsible for authorised activity under your account and must notify us immediately of suspected unauthorised access. We may require identity, business authority or ownership verification before enabling sensitive actions.

Business profiles may combine user submissions with information from public, licensed or authorised sources. A listing is not an endorsement, certification or guarantee unless expressly stated. Businesses must ensure that submitted claims, contact details, offers, media and other content are accurate, current, lawful and not misleading.

We may correct, merge, annotate, restrict or remove a listing where evidence indicates duplication, inaccuracy, impersonation, infringement, illegality, security risk or violation of these Terms. Ownership or management of a business does not create an unrestricted right to control public-source facts or independent ResultBull analysis.

ResultBull scores and readiness findings are generated from available signals, methodology, category context and data quality at a point in time. They are informational decision-support tools, not guarantees of business quality, solvency, legality, future performance, customer satisfaction or investment outcome.

You should review the underlying evidence and use independent professional advice for legal, tax, financial, medical, employment, credit or other regulated decisions. You must not present a ResultBull score in a deceptive way or remove qualifications, dates or context.

AI and automated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing or acting on them and for ensuring that your use complies with law and third-party rights.

You must not use ResultBull to create unlawful synthetic content, impersonate a person, conceal required disclosures or make high-impact decisions without appropriate human oversight.

You must use the services lawfully and in a manner that does not harm ResultBull, its infrastructure, other users or third parties.

• Do not submit illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, abusive, deceptive, infringing or privacy-invasive content.
• Do not scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, probe, overload or bypass access, security, rate or usage controls except through expressly authorised interfaces.
• Do not upload malware, disrupt service, test vulnerabilities without written authorisation or use the platform to facilitate cyber abuse.
• Do not collect, enrich, contact or market to individuals without the notices, consent or other lawful basis required for your activity.
• Do not resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the services or outputs unless your plan or written agreement permits it.

You retain rights in content you lawfully submit. You grant ResultBull a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, analyse, display and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve and provide the services and public listing features you select.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content. You remain responsible for its accuracy, legality and any required disclosures. This licence ends when content is deleted, subject to public records, lawful retention, backups and copies already shared at your direction.

ResultBull and its licensors own the platform, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, taxonomies, methodologies, models, compilations and other proprietary materials, excluding user content and third-party materials. No rights are granted except the limited, revocable right to use the services under these Terms.

The services may link to or integrate with payment providers, maps, directories, social platforms, analytics tools, AI providers and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content or conduct, but this does not limit responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Prices, billing frequency, included usage and taxes are shown at checkout or in an order form. Payment obligations are governed by the Payment Terms. Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. In the event of conflict, a signed enterprise order form controls for that purchase, subject to mandatory consumer law.

You agree to receive electronic service notices, invoices, security alerts and legal communications at your registered contact details. Marketing communications are sent only as permitted and can be opted out of, although essential transactional messages will continue while you use the service.

We may investigate suspected misuse and proportionately restrict, suspend or terminate access to protect users, comply with law, address non-payment or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond, unless immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

You may stop using the service or cancel a subscription through the available process. Accrued payment obligations and provisions intended to survive—including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, dispute and record-retention terms—continue after termination.

We aim to provide reliable services but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, source restrictions, security events and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability or data freshness.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an ‘as available’ basis. We do not warrant that every business record, score, source or output is complete, current or suitable for every decision. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResultBull is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, goodwill, opportunity or data arising from the services. For claims connected with a paid service, our aggregate contractual liability will not exceed the fees paid for that service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The limitations do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, breach of confidentiality or data-protection obligations, death or personal injury caused by negligence, consumer remedies or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

If you use the services for business purposes, you agree to indemnify ResultBull against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights or misuse of the services, except to the extent caused by ResultBull. This clause does not reduce non-waivable consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Please first raise a grievance with us so the matter can be addressed promptly. Nothing prevents a consumer from approaching a competent consumer commission or using another statutory remedy.

For commercial disputes not subject to a non-waivable statutory forum, the parties will attempt good-faith resolution for thirty days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to a sole arbitrator mutually appointed under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue will be New Delhi, proceedings will be in English and courts at New Delhi will have jurisdiction for permitted court proceedings.

We may update these Terms for legal, security, service or commercial reasons. Material changes will be notified reasonably and apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining terms continue.

You may not assign your agreement without our written consent. We may assign it as part of a merger, restructuring or transfer of the relevant business, provided your mandatory rights are preserved.

Questions, complaints, legal notices and requests relating to this policy may be sent to ResultBull’s compliance contact using the details shown below. Please include your name, account or transaction reference where applicable, the nature of your request and enough information for us to verify and respond to it.

Consumer grievances will ordinarily be acknowledged within forty-eight hours and addressed within one month, subject to the complexity of the matter and any shorter period required by applicable law. Privacy requests will be handled within the period required under applicable data-protection law.
